I have the honour to inform
you that Messrs.Mirrlees, Bickerton and Day!
Limited, of Hazel Grove, Stockport, state
that seven cases of machinery consigned
by them to the Cooper Company of Manila,
who are on the Statutory List, have been
detained at Hong Kong ax the 3.8.Agapenor"
2. In view of the fact that the
$.S."Agapenor" closed for cargo on May
30th, while the Cooper Company were not
placed on the Statutory List till June
30th, I have to request that, if you
see no objection, you will cause the goods
in question to be released, The cases
are numbered 30/5 and 37, and are
marked "The Cooper Company, Manila, P.I".
